One annual convention is held each year, typically during the last week of October or the first week of November.  The yearly convention showcases guest presenters from other states and presenters from across Kansas. Exhibitors representing businesses and non-profit organizations share their programs, products, and services with those who attend. The convention includes many activity-based sessions that provide useful ideas to be used in gymnasiums and classrooms.

Fall 2023 convention is scheduled for November 9-10, 2023 at Century II in Wichita.
